Why is AJ’s Rewards not working?

We are happy to share that the enhanced AJ’s Rewards is now ready for update in the Apple and Google Play Store. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait for you to experience the benefits of being a continued AJ’s Rewards member.  Thank you again for being a loyal AJ’s Rewards member!

 

 

How Can I re-download? 

Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play store to download.  If you have automatic updates turned on, this will be updated automatically.

We have enhanced our current AJ’s Rewards to provide an even better loyalty experience so you will need to perform an update in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You will be prompted to re-enter your password and enter your credit card information if applicable. Note: If you don’t see the enhanced AJ’s Rewards app, refresh your app under updates.

 

I thought I had XX dollars in my account and now I have XX dollars!

Please visit the Contact Us section of AJ’s Rewards or the Aroma Joe’s website and you will be prompted to provide more information so it can be looked into further.  Please ensure you choose “AJ’s Rewards” under the category.

Is my status lost?

No, all of your rewards and levels remain the same.

Do I have to re-enter my credit card information? 

For security purposes, the only information that cannot be migrated over is credit card information.  Thank you for your patience but we know it will be worth it!

How do rewards & offers work?

How do I see what rewards I have?

Go to the Rewards tab at the bottom of the home screen. Toggle between Offers + Rewards or Rewards Store. There you will find what rewards are available. Click Activate Offer on the reward you wish to redeem. This will take you right to the pay Scan & Pay screen. Only one reward can be used per visit, additional items will be charged at regular price.

I need a receipt.

Receipts are emailed for every purchase you make via AJ’s Rewards to the email you used to register.  If you are unsure of the email used, go to the Profile section under your app settings. If you do not see the receipt in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

I made a purchase without my app: can I still receive credit?

Where can I see my progress?

Head to your Rewards tab to review your progress

Customers can achieve different levels based on the amount they spend. $1 spent = 1 Point

Tier 1: After your first visit, earn $3 toward your next purchase. The reward is good for 14 days from the date it is issued.

Tier 2 – 300 Points: Each time a customer attains Tier 2 Rockin’ It status, they receive a $3 reward. The reward is good for 14 days from the date it is issued.

Tier 3 – 600 + Points: Each time the customer attains Tier 3 Crushin’ It status, they receive a $6 reward. The reward is good for 14 days from the date it is issued.

 

Where can I see my available rewards?

Your available rewards will be listed on your rewards tab. Please review any emails you receive regarding rewards if you have questions about eligibility or availability or if you do not see it in your rewards tab. Please visit the Contact Us section of AJ’s Rewards or on the Aroma Joe’s website and choose “AJ’s Rewards” on the category tab.

I did not get my birthday reward! Why?

To receive birthday treat rewards, you must be an AJ’s Rewards member for at least 7 days before your birthday and have had at least one loyalty transaction 7 days before your birthday. The birthday reward will expire after 14 days.

I received an email about a reward but don't see it in my app.

The email you received may have a button to click to add the reward to your account. Otherwise, your reward may only be redeemable during a certain time of day (for example, after 12:00). If that’s the case, the reward will only be visible during the times you are able to redeem it.

I have a physical gift card, can I add this to my account?

Yes! Go to SCAN at the bottom of the app click on ADD A GIFT CARD and add your gift cards there.

Is there a limit on how many e-gift cards I can purchase or the amounts?

At this time, you are limited to an overall spend on your app of $150 per gift card. However, you can have up to 5 gift cards but not exceeding $500. This is to safeguard against fraud. If you would like to spend more than that, you can use a non-app related form of payment.

I added money to my account but didn’t mean to.

Please visit the Contact Us section of AJ’s Rewards or on the Aroma Joe’s website and choose “AJ’s Rewards” on the category tab.  Please explain the issue and we will work to solve this for you.

Why did my credit card automatically reload xx amount? Why does it look like I was charged for $25 (or other whole number) for my order?

This is most likely due to you having automatically reload turned on. To disable auto-reload, go to Payment Methods. You will need to change your payment preference in the gift card and toggle off Auto Reload.

I purchased 2 (+) of an item that had an AJ’s Rewards deal, why did I not get the promo price?

AJ’s Rewards deals are for one item; additional items will be charged at regular pricing.
